It's finally June holidays and i can sleep all i want. Nowadays, i am just staying at home. Just got another new program, X-Plane 9, a flight simulator. Have been flying planes nowadays at home and it is so fun. Since i most probably cannot be a pilot, i just fly the simulator. Unlike Lock On: Modern Air Combat, this simulator doesn't not goes towards the combat side, although you can fire guns and missiles when you are flying a fighter jet, you will not die. It's like Microsoft Flight Simulator (If you have play it before), flying commercial planes, contacting with the the tower, all this kind of stuffs. I have not tried Microsoft Flight Simulator X yet, it's the latest flight simulator in it's series. If i ever get one, one for sure, i am going to play both. =D
Ok, maybe you are getting bored with the flight simulation stuffs. Yesterday i went to IMM, Garden Plaza, at level 3 to help out with the Hans art Carnival. Some event that they invited the scout to help. 4 units, Chung Cheng Peregrine, AI Warriors, Soaring Eagles and BP Eagles came to help out in the event. Basically it's like an event for little kids, where they draw their art and submit. Something like a competition. I thought dealing with the little children was the biggest problem for me yesterday. BUT NO ! Yesterday, the biggest problem was clearing the flood when it rained very heavily. The four units were opening up all the drains to drain the water, moving the stores indoors, sweeping the water out and moving the kids indoor.
Clearing the flood was the tiring part, other than that, it's pretty easy. Just doing crowd control. =D
After the helping out with the Hans art Carnival, i went my home, have a rest and head back to Jurong East (again. -_-) to meet up with Wen Hao, Lian Kwee and the rest of the scouts whom i left at Jurong East =P and went to Hougang Sec for thier campfire. Well, it really isn't much of a campfire, it's a charity show and it's quite an average show one. Shan Feng came right after NDP but he came to see the presentation of souvenirs. (Nice one dude.) After that, took Unicorn bus and head to Yew Tee MRT station. Reached there about 2147, went for dinner at the nearest Macdonald and discussed about some admin matters and head home after that. Had a tiring day. >_>
Going to Regent Secondary School tomorrow for our District Campfire meeting. So i will be going to Yew Tee tomorrow, again. -_- Haha, is this post worth the wait ?
